The latest album by Canada’s leading jazz and folk singer, Jill Barber, is an all-French album, following her hit cover collection “Chansons” in 2013! This time, almost all of the songs are originals (with the exception of Leonard Cohen’s cover M9), and the English-speaking singer’s singing in French gives her jazz and pop music a unique and cute charm. The album features Juno Award-winning producer Gus Van Go, and was composed with the full cooperation of Maia Davis of the popular all-female band Ladies of the Canyon.
