Delphic’s shocking debut is a debut of unleashed talent and gorgeous melodies. Delphic is a three-piece band from Manchester who burst onto the scene with their 2009 anthem “Counterpoint”. Finally, they have released their long-awaited debut album! Legendary techno label R&S selected them as the first artists to appear on the label after its revival, and popular label Kitsune followed suit with a 12-inch single. The band has been receiving passionate love from inside and outside of the music industry, with many famous musicians, including Bloc Party, professing to be fans of the band. The band’s first appearance in Japan at Summer Sonic ’09 proved the high expectations for the band, as the venue was immediately filled to capacity to see the album, despite the fact that no copies had been released in Japan.
