The Black Star Band (Danny McCaslin, Jason Lindner, Tim Lefebvre, Mark Juliana), a core band led by Danny McCaslin, who was deeply influenced by and experienced David Bowie’s last work “★”, will release an album inspired by and dedicated to Bowie in Japan. The album will be released first in Japan. Each of these musicians has been breathed into Bowie’s music by some of today’s finest musicians who are also leaders in their respective fields. 27 of Bowie’s songs feature guest appearances by Jeff Taylor and Nate Wood, and 59 feature producer David Binney.
