An album by Florencia Ruiz. Following the success of the previous album, “Parte,” the keyboardist/pianoist Mono Fontana, who is known for his outstanding visual sound, participates in this album, as well as the electro artist Seba Landro, who was so important in the early days of Florencia Ruiz. One track is performed by all three, and the rest are duos with Florencia. The encounter between Florencia’s echoing electric guitar and the duo’s various electric instruments is full of minimalism and quiet dynamism. Florencia’s deep and clear voice is overwhelmingly clear and irradiated in the effective sound. The title “Rumiante” refers to a ruminant. It refers to Florencia Ruiz herself, who is always thinking about something over and over, ruminating while singing like a thinking and feeling machine, chewing on the sounds and words floating through the air, ruminating over and over again, and then releasing them.
