[Reiji Asakura Selection SA-CD to SHM Masterpieces 50] The SA-CD to SHM specification series has been released since 2010. From the approximately 200 titles that have been released in paper jackets, audio/visual critic Reiji Asakura has carefully selected 50 titles. The single-layer, green-label discs have been retained, but the case has been changed to a standard case and the price has been reduced to a reasonable level. This is a great opportunity to try the “sound of another dimension. This is an album of famous ballet music from famous operas in one disc. The Berlin Philharmonic, which has a strong hand in this album, fully demonstrates its superior abilities, giving beautifully polished and flowing performances of all the works, which seem to recall each scene of the operas. The DSD masters produced in 2011 at Emil Berliner Studios in Germany were used from the original DG analog masters. This is a Japan-only project.
