This is a collection of rare tracks from the night before the birth of the diva, including big hits such as “Don’t No Why” and unreleased material from the album. As the title suggests, this is a collection of songs that were recorded for the first time and circulated only at a few tour venues and websites at the time of her debut. It includes the first mixes of the hit songs “Don’t No Why” and “Come Away With Me” from their debut album “Norah Jones (original title: Come Away With Me)”, as well as “Something Is Calling You” by Jesse Harris, which is included only on this album. The album also includes rare recordings of “Something Is Calling You” by Jesse Harris and “Peace” by Horace Silver, both of which are included only on this album.
