This is the 7th album by Alden Organ, one of the leading German metal bands since the 2000s, debuting in 2004 with “TESTIMONIUM A.D.” (not released in Japan). Since their debut, the band has played brave and dramatic melodic power metal with respect for the German metal bands of the past. They continued to show steady growth with each album, and in 2018 they made their first visit to Japan for “Evoken Fest” with Nocturnal Lights. This album is their first new album in four years since “Gunmen,” which was released during their first visit to Japan. The album is a concept album with a science fiction theme, but it is not too modern, not too verbose, and it is compact enough to hold Alden Organ’s brave and dramatic sound, giving the listener a sense of momentum to listen to it all at once. It is a work that can be listened to in one fell swoop. Guest musicians include Gus G. (Firewind) and Irva Eriksson (Brothers of Metal). The guest musicians are placed in the middle part of the album, and they add a nice accent to the album.
