Restek MAMP Mono Power Amplifier

Description

The Restek MAMP provides the matching power amplifier of the M-series its preamplifier MPRE + to the side. MPRE + and MAMP are not only visually, but also technically optimally co-ordinated. Together, MAMP revealed the reinforcing core of a high-quality hi-fi chain trimmed on perfect musicality of the compact preamp MPRE + and the two equally compact Mono power amplifier.

The MAMP has split a mirror-symmetric Mono structure, on two compact housing. This structure leads to excellent values of channel separation, channel opportunities and crosstalk.

A moderate current and voltage feedback enables an optimal distribution of clanking and hence a ‘warm’ analog sound with deep enough bass response.

At the same time, the MAMP offers maximum operating safety. A servo circuit adjusts the offset voltage at the output on a possible small amount. The internal electronics are monitored with additional components on overtemperature, overcurrent, and positive or negative offset. In the event of a fault, the speaker on a high current relay of the electronics are separated.

All parts of the electronics of the MAMP are DC-Coupled, it is possible to transmit also the lowest frequencies without errors. This means it can transmit without distortion and have phase-fixed in the lower frequency range. There are no capacitors or capacitors which could lead to a distortion in the signal path.
