The Sibelius Piano Trio is a newly founded ensemble, made up of three young soloists, and the two-CD album features a trio of Sibelius and other modern and contemporary works by Saariaho, Vennakoski, Skisi, and Lefkowitz. The result is a fresh and stimulating performance of Finland’s diverse music.
