Saxophone player Yuko Takenaka’s 1st Album is finally completed. Up to now, she has pursued mainly hard bop and modern jazz styles from the 50s to the 70s. This work is her longest work with original pieces depicting episodes from her daily life and repertoire that allows her to express her own unique feeling. This album is recorded with pianist Yuki Kondo, with whom he has performed together many times as a duo partner.
